The enterprise Chiroqchi Buyursin Textiles in Kashkadarya region intends to implement a major project to modernize its facilities.
Men’s clothing produced here, its quality and design quickly gained popularity with the locals.
“We started our business in 2007 with a small workshop,” says the head of the enterprise Ganisher Jalolov. “There was not enough equipment and workers. Using the amenities created for entrepreneurs, we gradually expanded our activities. Attention to quality has given its result, customers were growing. Accordingly, the volume of production increased. At present, 60 units of modern machinery are installed in our workshop. About 60 girls are provided with job. Our products are sold in the regional and metropolitan markets. Accordingly, we get a good income.”
Men’s shirts under the brand Buyursin are distinguished by high-quality tailoring and strength of the material. As they noted at the enterprise, much remains to be done to improve the activities. For example, high-quality fabric is still supplied from the capital Tashkent. In addition, employees still rent the building, which negatively affects the cost of production.
“Today, our state creates sufficient conditions and opportunities for entrepreneurs,” says Zayniddin Yakubov, the enterprise manager. “And they need to be used effectively. That is why we repeatedly applied to the regional hokimiyat with a request for land allocation. Responsible persons studied our case and eventually decided to assign land in the industrial zone of the district. Commercial banks made a proposal for a loan of 600 million soums (currency rates of CB RU from 28.08.2018, 1$= 7827.23 soums). We will start erecting our own building for the allocated funds. Modern and economical sewing machines will be supplied. After the full realization of this project, another 30 girls will receive a permanent job. Creation of new jobs will help combat unemployment.”
